Domestic Voice Process (Hindi & English Mandatory) Day Shift

Salary: Up to 3.6 LPA or a 30% hike on current CTC

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a Domestic Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates must have positive communication skills in English and Hindi, along with at least 1 year of experience in a domestic voice process.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Domestic Voice Process is required.

Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Must be comfortable working from the office and in day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries over phone calls.

Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.

Maintain high customer satisfaction.

Meet quality and productivity targets.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Additional Information:

- 5 days working, 2 days off (Rotational)
- 2k Travel allowance provided
