Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Domestic IT Recruiter with over 4 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment for the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent sourcing skills, and a proven track record of closing positions across various technical roles and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across various domains (Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Science, etc.) for domestic clients.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods including job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening, assess candidate fitment, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.




- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare weekly reports.
- Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR and the client.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor hiring activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
- Deep understanding of IT roles and skills (Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, Cloud, etc.).
- Strong experience working with Indian job portals (especially Naukri).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and Excel reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
