Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and client coordination for various technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements across various technologies and skill sets.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job descriptions.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to offer rollout and joining.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within the defined timelines.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.




- Negotiate salary expectations and manage candidate offers and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closures of assigned requirements and achieve recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job descriptions.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with experience in IT staffing or recruitment consultancy will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office five days a week.
