Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Tungsten product features, modules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.
- Design clean, scalable architectures and write high-quality, maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Tungsten ecosystem.
- Ensure product stability through unit testing, integration testing, and automation-friendly design.
- Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.

Requirements

- The candidate must be Tungsten certified, with validated expertise in developing and supporting Tungsten platform solutions.
- Strong experience in full-stack development (backend frontend).
- Proficiency in relevant Tungsten tech stack (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, APIs - customize as applicable).
- Experience building enterprise-grade SaaS products, workflows, rules engines, or document processing systems.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid grounding in software engineering principles, design patterns, and code quality standards.




- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Ability to analyze business processes and design effective, scalable solutions.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

Nice-to-have Skills

- Knowledge of document processing, e-invoicing, workflow automation, or similar domain.
- Exposure to DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools).
- Familiarity with UX/UI patterns and working with design teams.
- Experience in integrating third-party systems (ERP, CRM, payment systems, etc.).
