We're Hiring – Instagram DM Setter
We're looking for an experienced DM Setter who can turn Instagram conversations into qualified booked calls.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads through Instagram DMs.
- Build rapport and understand their interest.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and urgency.
- Book qualified calls for our sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain daily tracking.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: ₹5,000–₹10,000/month
- Incentives: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month (commission-based)
Requirements:
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Experience in DM setting or appointment booking preferred.
- Strong conversational skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
