- Handle invoice disputes, investigate billing discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) support activities, with strong expertise in invoice dispute management.
- Handle export documentation and ensure accuracy of related records.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes within agreed timelines.

Eligibility:

- Robust experience in Invoice Dispute Management is mandatory.
- Exposure to Export Documentation is preferred/required as a secondary skill.
- AR Support candidates with strong invoice dispute experience can be considered.
- Location preference: Female candidates within 15 km and male candidates within 20–25 km of the Chennai office, considering rotational shifts and commute safety.
