Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch planning and execution as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

- Work on SAP for dispatch-related entries, delivery documents, and material movement.

- Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, Production, and Logistics departments.

- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely material dispatch.

- Verify material quantity, product specifications, and packaging before dispatch.

- Monitor vehicle loading and ensure proper documentation and safety compliance.

- Maintain dispatch registers, vehicle details, transporter records, and delivery status.

- Track pending dispatches and follow up on delays or delivery issues.

- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updating of dispatch data in SAP.

- Maintain daily dispatch reports and support stock reconciliation.

- Follow company policies and applicable statutory requirements for dispatch documentation.
