We are hiring for a leading Big 4 consulting firm.

- Experience: 14–20 years
- Location: Mumbai
- CTC: ₹45–65 LPA
- Mandatory: Consulting experience and Global Financial Services / Global Banks domain expertise
- Preferred: Candidates from Big 4 / Big 6 consulting firms.

Ideal Candidate: Director-level professional with expertise in Internal Audit, Risk, Operational Risk, GRC, and Internal Controls across Global FS, Global Banks, Investment Banking, and GCC/Captive markets, with a proven track record in business development, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

GTM & Business Development (70%)

- Drive GTM strategy, business development, revenue growth,



and recent client acquisition.
- Build relationships with GCC Heads, CROs, Risk Heads, Internal Audit/GRC leaders, and CXOs.
- Lead client pursuits, negotiations, and deal closures.

Solutioning & Delivery (30%)

- Support advisory engagements across Internal Audit, GRC, Operational Risk, and Internal Controls.
- Drive solutioning, engagement structuring, and stakeholder management.
