Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, residential societies, local markets, referrals, and direct customer interactions.
- Explain solar panel products, pricing, benefits, and installation processes to potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales.
- Visit customer sites to assess requirements and coordinate installation feasibility with the technical team.
- Assist with solar panel installation at customer locations as per training and safety guidelines.
- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry and booking to installation and post-installation support.
- Follow up on quotations, bookings, installation schedules, and customer feedback.




- Maintain customer relationships and resolve basic service-related queries.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain records of leads, visits, sales, and installations.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; technical or electrical knowledge is an advantage. -2-3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or customer handling can apply.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit customer locations.
- Interest in solar energy and hands-on installation work.

- A two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred, depending on field requirements.

Work Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Noida, Delhi NCR Note: Candidates can work from their respective locations and are expected to travel locally, for customer meetings, field sales, and solar installation-related activities.
