About the Role

We are seeking a energetic, versatile educator to join our team in a dual role as a Primary Teacher and Social Media Content Creator. This position combines classroom teaching in primary subjects with leading the school's digital media presence. You will educate young learners during school hours while capturing everyday learning experiences, school achievements, and campus activities to build an active, engaging digital presence for parents and prospective families.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Engagement

- Manage and schedule regular updates across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and the school website.
- Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with academic term schedules, exams, celebrations, and admissions cycles.
- Respond promptly and professionally to parent inquiries, comments, and direct messages on official social platforms.
- Ensure all media strictly adheres to school branding standards and student privacy/consent guidelines.

2. Content Creation & Storytelling

- Capture high-quality photos, short videos (Reels/Shorts),



and highlights of daily classroom activities, hands-on projects, sports, and school events.
- Produce engaging social media posts that highlight innovative teaching methods, student accomplishments, and campus life.
- Design visual graphics, announcement banners, and newsletters using tools like Canva or Photoshop.

3. Classroom Teaching & Academic Delivery

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across core primary subjects (English, Social Studies, General Science, Math).
- Foster a positive, safe, and interactive learning environment that encourages curiosity and student participation.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, classroom activities, and continuous assessments.
- Monitor student academic progress and maintain regular, constructive communication with parents regarding student development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
