Job Summary

Universal Fire & Safety Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company's online presence, promote its fire safety products and services, generate business leads, and improve brand awareness through digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media management, content creation, and online advertising.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Online Promotion

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
- Manage the company's website and improve its online visibility.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings on search engines.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing activities.

2. Social Media Management

- Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, promotional content, reels, and company updates.
- Develop a social media content calendar and maintain regular posting.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to relevant inquiries.

3. Content Creation & Branding

- Create marketing creatives, banners, brochures, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or similar software.
- Prepare content related to fire extinguishers, fire alarms, sprinklers, hydrant systems, AMC services, and other company offerings.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.




- Coordinate with the sales team to understand business requirements and promotional needs.

4. SEO & Paid Advertising

- Support Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Assist in improving conversion rates and marketing return on investment.

5. Lead Generation & Reporting

- Generate business leads through digital channels.
- Track inquiries received through the website, social media, and online campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, engagement, website traffic, and leads generated.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Content writing and creative content development skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tools is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant digital marketing knowledge and practical skills may apply.
- Experience in SEO, social media management, paid advertising, and lead generation will be an advantage.
- Experience promoting technical products, engineering services, or B2B businesses will be preferred.
