Product Security

Product Security is responsible for protecting customer designs, confidential information, proprietary processes, and products throughout the product lifecycle. The function ensures compliance with customer-specific and Pou Chen Group (PCG) security requirements by implementing effective physical and digital security controls, conducting regular security audits and risk assessments, monitoring compliance, providing employee awareness training, and investigating security incidents. Its primary objective is to prevent unauthorized access, information leakage, product loss, and security breaches while maintaining customer trust and confidentiality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities Digital Security

- Digital Information Security: Implement security procedures to protect confidential customer information, product designs, technical drawings, manufacturing data, and other sensitive digital information.
- Access Management: Coordinate with the IT team to ensure appropriate access permissions for digital files, systems, computers, and other electronic devices.
- Digital Security Monitoring: Conduct periodic and random reviews of digital security controls in sensitive areas, including the sample room, QM laboratory, label room, finished goods warehouse, and RMCC.
- Information Protection: Ensure secure handling, storage, transmission, sharing, and disposal of confidential information in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Audit and Compliance: Support customer,



Nike, Pou Chen Group (PCG), and internal digital security audits and ensure compliance with applicable information security standards.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct digital security reviews, identify information security risks, recommend preventive measures, and monitor corrective actions.
- Incident Management: Coordinate the investigation and reporting of information security incidents, including unauthorized access, data leakage, and inappropriate sharing of confidential information.
- Policy Implementation: Implement and communicate digital security policies, procedures, and customer-specific requirements to relevant departments.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct regular information security awareness training on confidentiality, data protection, secure information handling, and the appropriate use of electronic devices.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain security policies, audit evidence, risk assessment reports, incident records, and corrective-action trackers. Prepare monthly performance reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with IT, Physical Security, Production, Quality Management, Material Management, and other departments to strengthen information security controls.
- Team Management and Performance Monitoring: Guide digital security team members, monitor security KPIs, track compliance, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.Role & responsibilities
