Job Summary

OneMart is looking for a creative and digitally skilled professional to manage social media platforms, produce engaging video content and execute digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should be comfortable with shooting and editing reels, creating promotional content and showcasing building materials, showroom experiences, product features and completed projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media

- Manage OneMart's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product promotions and business objectives.
- Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, short videos and promotional creatives.
- Execute digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, enquiries and showroom visits.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, audience growth and lead generation.
- Respond to or coordinate responses for social media enquiries and customer interactions.
- Support paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google, where required.

Video Production & Content Creation
- Shoot high-quality videos of showrooms, product displays, new arrivals, product features and promotional activities.
- Create reels, walkthroughs, product demonstrations, customer testimonials and event coverage.
- Independently handle basic video shooting, lighting, framing, audio and editing.
- Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar applications.
- Create graphics, banners, thumbnails and promotional creatives using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.




- Develop creative content around tiles, sanitaryware, CP fittings, quartz, marble, glass, aluminium windows and other building materials.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to capture customer requirements and develop relevant content.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual quality, messaging and content presentation.

Reporting & Coordination
- Track campaign performance, social media reach, engagement, enquiries and conversions.
- Maintain a library of photographs, videos, creatives and marketing assets.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, vendors and product brands when required.
- Stay updated on social media trends, short-form video formats and digital marketing practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Multimedia or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Practical experience in social media management, video shooting and editing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content formats.
- Working knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools.
- Positive creative thinking, storytelling, communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to plan content independently and meet publishing deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous videos, reels, campaigns or creative work is preferred.

Preferred: Experience in retail, building materials, interiors, architecture, home improvement, real estate or lifestyle brands.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
