Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary The Digital Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies while managing a team of digital marketing professionals. The ideal candidate should have agency experience, strong leadership skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and hands-on expertise in SEO, Paid Advertising, and Social Media Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO).
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Video Editors, Web Developers, and Project Coordinators to ensure timely project delivery.
- Communicate with clients, understand business requirements, and provide effective digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Conduct team meetings, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and provide performance feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.




- Ensure client satisfaction through quality work and timely project completion.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, Local SEO).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of WordPress and website optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Solid team management and client relationship management skills.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Prior experience in leading a team or managing client accounts will be preferred.
- Google, Meta, HubSpot, or other Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
