Job Overview

Rajlaxmi Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and online marketing strategies. The candidate will help improve our online presence, generate leads, and support the company's marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, captions, and marketing content.
- Assist with SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Support lead generation activities through digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in running and monitoring paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and business development.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends,



tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field; relevant skills are also welcome.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Business Suite is preferred.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior digital marketing internship or work experience will be preferred.
