Miss Highness is a premium 925 silver jewellery brand focused on delivering quality jewellery and a strong online shopping experience. We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & D2C Growth Manager to lead our digital advertising, scale Shopify revenue, improve conversion rates, and drive profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing – Google Ads

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage advertising budgets, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Identify opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversions, and customer acquisition.

2. Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate ad creatives, video campaigns, and promotional campaigns to improve performance.

3. Shopify & D2C Growth

- Drive Shopify website sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Improve average order value (AOV), customer acquisition, and overall website performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through product performance analysis, offers, and sales campaigns.

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

- Optimize landing pages, product pages, website navigation, and checkout experience.
- Analyze customer behaviour and identify reasons for cart abandonment and drop-offs.
- Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates.

5. Analytics & Tracking

- Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).




- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing performance reports.
- Analyze key metrics, including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue, and advertising spend.

6. CRM & Customer Retention

- Plan WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and repeat purchases.
- Implement abandoned-cart recovery, customer retention, and remarketing strategies.
- Develop campaigns to improve customer lifetime value.

7. Growth Strategy & Team Coordination

- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new marketing and revenue opportunities.
- Plan seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and product launches.
- Coordinate with designers, social media executives, and developers for timely campaign execution.
- Monitor budgets and ensure marketing activities contribute to profitable growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Shopify revenue and sales growth
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Website conversion rate
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Marketing profitability
- Customer retention and repeat purchase rate

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and online sales growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, retargeting, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and independently optimize campaigns.
- Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
