Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic, result-oriented, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our travel and tourism business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, brand building, lead generation, campaign management, and team coordination. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive lead generation initiatives to attract potential customers for domestic and international tour packages.
- Manage the company's social media presence, brand positioning, and online reputation.
- Coordinate with the content, video editing, design, and sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment (ROI).
- Manage marketing budgets and optimise campaign spending for maximum results.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop promotional strategies for seasonal offers, holiday packages, group tours, and customised travel experiences.
- Plan and oversee SEO, website traffic growth, email marketing, and other online marketing activities.
- Establish clear marketing goals, KPIs, and performance reports.
- Lead,



guide, and evaluate the marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and increase enquiry-to-booking conversions.
- Identify partnership opportunities, influencer collaborations, and other channels to expand the company's reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation.
- Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, campaign performance, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyse marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience coordinating with creative, content, sales, and external agency teams.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with a proven track record of generating quality leads and achieving marketing targets.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth, brand awareness, and revenue generation.
