Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, organised Digital Media Marketing Manager to plan and manage Digital media activity across Client’s brands. The ideal candidate has strong command of English, understands the US audience, and can create clear, engaging content that supports brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage digital activities.

- Write, review and edit captions, posts, stories and campaign copy in excellent English.

- Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members to produce content.

- Monitor comments, messages and social media trends, and recommend timely responses.

- Track engagement and campaign performance, prepare reports and suggest improvements.

- Ensure content follows each brand’s tone, guidelines and platform requirements.

- Build promotional calendars around US holidays, local events, seasonality and retail offers.

- Present performance reports with clear insights, corrective actions and growth opportunities.

- Ensure campaigns follow applicable advertising policies, category restrictions and internal approval processes.

- Manage external agencies and advertising partners where required.

- Coordinate with US-based teams during the night shift.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.

- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong grammar and editing skills.

- Understanding of major social media platforms and content formats.

- Strong planning, communication and coordination skills.

- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.

- Proven experience managing performance campaigns for the US market.

- Valuable creative judgment and the ability to write clear briefs and evaluate campaign assets.

- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.

- A portfolio or examples of previous social media work is preferred.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with multi-location retail, e-commerce product categories.

- Familiarity with CRM, loyalty programs, email/SMS marketing and retail sales attribution.

- Experience coordinating with US teams and managing multiple brands simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
