Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, lead generation, analytics, and technical tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, and Performance Max.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and budget planning.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager,



and Looker Studio.
- Optimize landing pages, lead forms, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition journeys.
- Identify tracking discrepancies and troubleshoot campaign performance issues.
- Coordinate with the design, content, website, and sales teams to improve campaign results and lead quality.
- Have a working knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, website optimization, remarketing, CRM integration, and marketing automation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising tools, platform updates, and industry trends.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 2-7 years in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant hands-on experience and proven campaign results are highly desirable.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and take ownership of marketing performance.
