Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Generate a minimum target of 100 leads per week within the approved advertising budget.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), and lead quality.

- Optimise campaigns to improve conversions and reduce advertising costs.

- Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.

- Track conversions using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

- Prepare weekly reports on ad spend, leads generated, and campaign performance.

- Ensure all campaigns comply with applicable advertising policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation.





- Mandatory practical experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

- Robust knowledge of PPC, SEM, keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.

- Proven ability to generate leads and analyse campaign performance.

- Knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in financial services or stock market research is an added advantage.

- Google Ads and Meta certifications are preferred.

- Candidates must demonstrate practical advertising knowledge during the interview.
