About the Role

Want to start your digital marketing career by running real campaigns. We're looking for a creative, curious, and data-minded Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team.

You'll work on live campaigns across social media, SEO, and paid ads, and see the results of your work in real numbers for real clients from various business domains. Interns who perform well are offered a full-time position (PPO) at the end of the internship.

What You'll Do

- Social Media Marketing
- Plan, script, and execute engaging organic content and paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Plan and manage social media promotions
- Come up with fresh campaign concepts that match business goals, seasons, and festivals

SEO & Organic Growth

- Do keyword research and competitor analysis, and prepare research reports
- Write SEO meta tags for website pages
- Support on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, and build online profiles and quality links
- Work with the content team to improve topical authority and organic rankings

Paid Media & Campaigns

- Plan, run, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns
- Help build 3-month campaign roadmaps to engage and retain existing customers
- Deliver festival and seasonal campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
- Content,



Leads & Email
- Write engaging content, landing page copy, advertorials, and email marketing content
- Collect and generate leads

Reporting & Analytics

- Track results and conversions, and work to improve them
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering spend, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and retention
- Turn data into clear insights and improve campaigns based on them
- Teamwork
- Coordinate with internal and external teams
- Brainstorm new, innovative growth ideas with the team

Who Can Apply Students, recent graduates, or career-switchers interested in digital marketing (freshers welcome)

Good written and spoken English; Hindi and Assamese are a plus

Basic understanding of social media, SEO, or Google/Meta Ads (certifications or personal projects are a bonus)

Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and reporting

Creative, organised, and quick to learn

Based in or willing to relocate to Guwahati

Valuable to have: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Figma, Canva, or SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
