DOTS Academy is looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies, hands-on experience with industry tools, and a strong interest in training students for successful careers in digital marketing.

The candidate should be able to deliver practical, industry-oriented training and help students develop the skills required to succeed in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical sessions on digital marketing.
- Train students in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Teach Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads), and social media marketing.
- Train students in content marketing, email marketing, and online branding.
- Teach website optimization, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Provide practical training in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Introduce students to AI-powered digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Guide students through live projects, assignments, and practical activities.
- Help students understand real-world marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep the curriculum updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry practices.





Requirements
- Robust knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Practical experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, keyword research, and content marketing.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting students.
- Experience in digital marketing training or industry projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tools used in digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or relevant certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
- Practical industry experience in digital marketing.
- Candidates with relevant professional experience and strong practical skills are encouraged to apply.
