Safety Catch Training & Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a tech-savvy and motivated Digital Marketing Executive – IT Support & LMS to support our digital marketing activities and provide technical assistance for our Learning Management System (LMS).

The ideal candidate should be a Computer Science or IT graduate with a good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and basic IT troubleshooting. The role offers an opportunity to work across digital marketing, website management, CRM tools, and online learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Support SEM activities, Google Ads campaigns, and online lead generation.
- Manage social media content and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create engaging promotional creatives and marketing materials using Canva.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and social media engagement.

CRM & Website Management

- Maintain and update leads and customer information using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
- Assist with website updates, content publishing, and basic website maintenance.
- Support email marketing and digital campaign tracking.
- Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website performance.

LMS & IT Support

- Provide basic technical support to learners, trainers, and internal teams using the LMS and online learning platforms.
- Troubleshoot login issues, user access, course enrolment, and online classroom connectivity.
- Assist with LMS user management, course uploads, content updates,



and routine administration.
- Resolve basic software, browser, audio/video, and internet connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with LMS vendors or technical teams to resolve complex issues.

Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, and technical support requests.
- Prepare basic reports on digital marketing performance and LMS support activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and online training operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science/IT, B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent).
- Basic to good knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of Canva for designing digital content.
- Basic understanding of websites, web technologies, and IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console is desirable.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
