We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who can design and execute high-performing digital campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 1- 2 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in EdTech, recruitment, or overseas education sectors.

- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and CRM tools .

- Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion optimization, and remarketing strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.





- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and nurturing targeting nurses and healthcare professionals.

- Manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising for maximum ROI and conversion efficiency.

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.

- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Tag Manager, and prepare performance reports.

- Implement email and WhatsApp marketing automation for lead follow-up and engagement.

- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify current growth opportunities.

- Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics closely to ensure maximum efficiency.
