We are looking for a creative, proactive, and growth-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Growth Associate who can manage digital marketing activities, create engaging designs, handle lead follow-ups, and contribute fresh ideas to grow our business.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, content creation, and customer communication. You will work closely with our team to improve brand visibility, generate leads, and convert potential customers into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Perform SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Design creative posters, social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Plan and schedule social media content using a content calendar.
- Handle lead follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Contact potential customers, follow up with existing leads, and help convert inquiries into sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
- Research competitors, target audiences, and market trends.
- Generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies for business growth.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules, and marketing reports.
- Collaborate with the team to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversions.

Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Good graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.




- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confidence in making phone calls and following up with potential customers.
- Good planning, scheduling, and time-management skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate current marketing ideas.
- A business growth mindset with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with experience in digital marketing, lead generation, sales, or business development are preferred.
- Freshers with practical knowledge, creativity, and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, or marketing reporting tools is an advantage.
