Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in the Pune Division.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Zorivo’s residential and commercial property offerings across online channels.

Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and optimizing web content for the company’s portal and other digital assets, and monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools. The role involves coordinating with sales and listing teams to align marketing activities with property inventory and promotions, as well as supporting lead generation, nurturing,



and brand awareness initiatives.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will also contribute to marketing strategies, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to enhance digital reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong marketing skills, including campaign planning, lead generation, and basic knowledge of real estate marketing.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess social media marketing skills, including managing profiles, creating content, and optimizing engagement across platforms.
- Candidates should possess web content writing skills, with the ability to create concise, compelling, and SEO-aware content for websites and digital channels.
- Candidates should possess web analytics skills, including the ability to use tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to track, interpret, and report campaign performance.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or related industries, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused workplace.
