About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, run, and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta. You'll own campaigns end to end, from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting, with a clear focus on leads, conversions, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to achieve CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API
- Build retargeting and lookalike audiences to improve funnel performance
- Coordinate with design and content teams on ad creatives and landing pages




- Analyse performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and new ad formats

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel / CAPI
- Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
- Robust analytical and communication skills

Good to Have

- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead quality tracking
- Basic knowledge of landing page tools and CRO
