Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced digital technology professional to lead product strategy, solution architecture, and delivery for interactive digital platforms and immersive customer experiences. The role combines product ownership, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and operational oversight to deliver innovative, reliable, and business-focused digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans for digital experience platforms.
- Manage product backlogs, requirements, release schedules, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, design, engineering, content creation, quality assurance, infrastructure, and business operations.
- Lead solution design, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the delivery of interactive 3D applications, virtual experiences, and customer-facing digital solutions.
- Ensure product quality, performance, reliability, security, compatibility, and scalability.
- Coordinate system integrations, data synchronisation, cloud infrastructure, and application monitoring.
- Manage external technology partners, delivery timelines, service levels, budgets, and performance.
- Oversee production support, incident management, release governance, and resolution of technical issues.
- Manage technology assets, hardware readiness, maintenance, and support requirements where applicable.
- Define performance metrics and use customer feedback, analytics, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive product adoption, training, stakeholder communication, and business value realisation.
- Maintain delivery reports, risk registers, operational reviews, and continuous-improvement plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Media, Architecture Technology, or a related discipline.




- 10–15+ years of relevant skilled experience, including at least 5 years in product ownership, solution architecture, or technology leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in immersive technologies, real-time 3D, VR/XR, digital visualisation, or interactive digital platforms.
- Experience in real estate, architectural visualisation, PropTech, property technology, or related customer-facing solutions is required.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, technical architecture, Agile delivery, backlog management, and release planning.
- Working knowledge of 3D platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, enterprise integrations, analytics, security, and application performance.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external technology or managed-service partners.
- Understanding of service management, incident resolution, change management, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unreal Engine or similar real-time 3D platforms.
- Familiarity with VR/XR devices, browser-based 3D applications, streaming technologies, and digital content pipelines.
- Experience with BIM/CAD-based assets, 3D modelling, asset optimisation, and visual quality assurance.
- Knowledge of cloud GPU infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring tools, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience in international markets, particularly the UAE or GCC region.
- Relevant certifications in product ownership, Agile methodologies, cloud architecture, immersive technologies, or IT service management.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is customer-focused, commercially aware, technically proficient, and comfortable managing complex digital initiatives. They should be able to balance innovation, user experience, architecture, operational reliability, and business objectives while leading internal teams and external partners. Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
