Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Digital Community Trainee to support online community management, user engagement, digital content coordination, and day-to-day platform operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a learning mindset, and an interest in digital platforms and online communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor online communities across relevant digital platforms.
- Engage with community members by responding to queries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Assist in publishing digital content, announcements, updates, and community posts.
- Monitor user activity, identify engagement trends, and encourage positive participation.
- Moderate discussions and flag inappropriate content in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain daily activity reports, engagement records, and performance trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve user concerns and improve the overall community experience.
- Support digital campaigns, community growth initiatives, and engagement activities.
- Follow established workflows, communication standards, and reporting timelines.

Required Skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms.




- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, or online forums is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle user interactions professionally and work in a team environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant skills may apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in community management, customer support, social media, or digital operations will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adaptability.
