· Performs nutritional assessments and nutrition screens, which are appropriate and timely per established policies and procedure of Rangadore Memorial Hospital.

· Develops nutrition care plans and monitors patient response to care plan developed.

· Provides inpatient discharge diet instructions.

· Keeps thorough and updated information on patient profile sheets.

· Instructs outpatient, teaches classes and conducts in house-services, as required.

· Provides diet consultations as ordered by physicians.

· Attends dietitian’s meeting and Food Nutritional Services department meetings.

· Collaborates with physician and nursing to deliver quality nutrition care.

· Visits patients with special dietary needs.

· Documents clinical productivity.

· Provides needed in home -services as assigned.

· In perform other job related duties as assigned by Medical Director Admin.

· As requested participates in teaching for community education classes or participates in health fairs.

· Performs other job related duties as assigned by the Manager, Food & Nutrition.

Qualification - B. Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition

Experience - 0-2 Years

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
