We are a mid-sized specialty MRO chemicals manufacturing company based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, seeking an experienced and technically solid professional to lead the Quality Department. The role will oversee QC Lab Operations, Quality Assurance, R&D; activities, and Safety Compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the QC &
- QA team to achieve goals and objectives

- Head QC lab operations for testing of RM, PM, FG including IPQA &

- IPQC

- Lead R&D; activities including product development and troubleshooting

- Prepare and review quality and technical documents (Test Methods, TDS, SDS, BMR, Specs, Reports, SOPs, &

- WI)

- Manage QA systems according to ISO 9001 &

- ISO 45001

- Implement Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma

- Coordinate with government departments that have jurisdiction over the factories

- Coordinate QMS audits, Regulatory inspections and customer audits





- Develop and implement safety protocols for hazardous chemicals and fire safety

- Impart QMS training to employees

Requirements

- Minimum 12 years’ experience in FMCG, household chemicals, cosmetics, or formulated products

- Strong technical background and a good employment track record in a similar role

- Excellent written and spoken English and communication skills

- Good organizational and team management skills

- Experience coordinating with third party labs, certifying agencies, and government departments.

- Graduate, Post-graduate in Science stream

- Candidates from nearby locations are preferred

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
