Job Summary

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer I to support the performance, stability, security, and scalability of our SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and DevOps tools. This role involves collaborating with engineering, product, and security teams to improve deployment processes, operational efficiency, and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.

- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, focusing on security, scalability, availability, and cost optimization.

- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.

- Support AWS infrastructure, including networking, security, and resource management.

- Collaborate with development, product, and security teams to deploy new features and services.

- Monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain application performance and availability.

- Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard procedures.

- Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.





- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement DevOps best practices.

- Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve infrastructure management and deployment efficiency.

- Communicate project progress, technical issues, and operational risks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, infrastructure management, security, and networking.

- Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

- Experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.

- Working knowledge of Git and version control practices.

- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages.

- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and YAML.

- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

- Experience monitoring production environments, analyzing logs, and troubleshooting web services.

- Understanding of application performance, availability, scalability, and reliability.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

- Positive written and verbal English communication skills.
