Role & responsibilities :

Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel across Pune for onsite support and site visits.

- Provide desktop, laptop, hardware, and software troubleshooting support.
- Configure and troubleshoot MS Outlook and Office 365 applications.
- Handle basic Active Directory (AD) user account and access-related issues.
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and basic networking issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, IP configuration).
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Ensure timely ticket resolution as per defined SLA requirements.
- Provide onsite technical support and conduct site visits across Pune.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and service activities.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of desktop troubleshooting, Windows OS, and hardware.
- Experience with Outlook configuration and Office 365.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, VPN, and networking.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and SLA management.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
