The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good troubleshooting skills, and an interest in IT support and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.

- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related problems.

- Install and configure Windows operating systems and applications.

- Assist with network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic internet troubleshooting.

- Set up email accounts, user profiles, and system access.

- Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and basic security checks.

- Maintain records of technical issues and their resolutions.

- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate IT team.

Required Skills - Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

- Understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration.





- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and IT support practices.

Eligibility

- Experienced candidates with relevant IT support experience are also encouraged to apply.

- Diploma, ITI, BCA, B.Sc.

Computer

Science, B.E./B.Tech (IT/CSE), or equivalent qualifications preferred.
