About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Destination Manager to lead holiday package sales, manage destination specialists, develop competitive travel packages, and drive revenue growth across domestic and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the destination sales team and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Oversee customised holiday packages, itineraries, costing, and pricing.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate competitive rates.
- Monitor sales performance, lead conversions, and profitability.
- Identify new destinations, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, reservations, and operations teams.

Candidate Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in the travel industry,



preferably in a managerial role.
- Solid expertise in domestic and/or international destinations.
- Proven experience in sales management, package costing, and supplier negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital sales channels.
