Key Responsibilities

- Provide advanced L3 support for desktop, hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, IP addressing and connectivity issues.

- Robust hands-on knowledge of LAN passive networking, including UTP/Fiber, patch panels, patch cords, racks, face plates, and structured cabling.

- Troubleshoot network switches, ports, connectivity, and endpoint issues.

- Perform RCA and provide permanent solutions for recurring incidents.

- Handle critical incidents within SLA and coordinate with network/server/vendor teams.

- Support and guide L1/L2 engineers on complex issues.

- Maintain technical documentation and incident records.
