Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring they align with client requirements and project objectives.

- GFC Drawings: Prepare and oversee the production of detailed Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Coordinate with consultants including MEP, RCC, Fire, and Lift to ensure integrated design solutions.

- Drafting and Design: Utilize advanced drafting techniques and design software to produce high-quality architectural plans and renderings.

- Technical Expertise : Apply comprehensive technical knowledge to address complex design challenges, integrating structural, mechanical, and electrical considerations into architectural solutions. Collaboration:





- Work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate design intent and project requirements

Job Requirements :

- 5-13 years of experience in architecture or a related field.

- Proficiency in architectural design and drafting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and precision in work. Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Experience in the construction industry is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field. Basic knowledge of DCPR 2034 .
