Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural designs for various projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless execution of designs during the building process.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions or recommendations as needed.
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and reports to communicate project plans to clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in architecture or a related field.
- Robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and other relevant tools (e.g., SketchUp).
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
