Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering,



or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Additional

- Role Summary: Technical leader driving synthesis strategy, QoR convergence, and execution for large GPU/SoC hierarchies.
- Key Responsibilities: Own synthesis closure for major hierarchies, define QoR strategy, resolve highcomplexity issues, act as synthesis focal point across functions, lead flow/automation initiatives, mentor senior engineers.
- Qualifications: BS/MS EE, 68 yrs deep synthesis experience, tapeout ownership, solid methodology leadership.
- Leveling Alignment: Programlevel ownership, solves highly complex multidimensional problems, drives crossfunctional technical decisions.
