:

· Advanced 3D CAD modelling using PTC Creo, with a solid emphasis on surface modelling.

· Design and development of motorcycle components and assemblies.

· Support of motorcycle packaging and integration activities.

· Creation and maintenance of engineering drawings to BS 8888 standards.

· Application of GD&T; principles and manufacturing tolerances.

· Tolerance stack-up analysis and engineering validation.

· Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) activities.

· Perform engineering calculations and support technical feasibility assessments.

· Support engineering change management and issue resolution activities.

· Ensure designs meet performance, quality, cost, manufacturability and timing targets.

Technical Skills:

· Strong proficiency in PTC Creo, specifically surface modelling rather than solid modelling.

· Recent hands-on Creo experience within the last 12 months.





· Proven mechanical design engineering experience, including ownership of component design and development activities, rather than solely packaging,

integration or release engineering roles.

· Automotive industry experience is required. Motorcycle/two-wheeler experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

· Ability to work independently, with minimal onboarding, and contribute quickly within an established design team.

· Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, manufacturing processes, tolerance stack-ups and DFM principles.

· Strong communication skills and experience working within cross-functional engineering teams. Experience of collaborating with international teams would be a significant advantage.
