Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in structural analysis, design, and engineering calculations. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and designing structural systems, preparing design calculations, coordinating with the drafting team, and ensuring compliance with applicable design codes and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and/or steel structures as per project requirements.
- Develop and analyze structural models using software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and other relevant engineering tools.
- Carry out design calculations for beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and steel structural members, as applicable.
- Understand architectural drawings, structural drawings, client inputs, and project specifications.
- Prepare and review design calculations, structural layouts, and engineering reports.




- Coordinate with draughtsmen to ensure design intent is correctly reflected in drawings.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings and design inputs and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable IS codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Incorporate review comments and revise calculations and designs as required.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams to achieve project deadlines.
- Maintain proper documentation of calculations, revisions, and project deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in structural design.
- Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro and/or ETABS.
- Basic understanding of RCC and/or structural steel desi
