Design Consultant Roles and Responsibilities
1. Customer Consultation: Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, budget, and home interior needs.
2. Product Demonstration: Explain furniture products, designs, materials, colours, finishes, and features.
3. Sales and Revenue: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
4. Design Recommendations: Suggest suitable furniture and home dcor solutions based on customers’ spaces and budgets.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build valuable relationships with customers and follow up on enquiries.
6. Lead Conversion: Convert walk-in customers and online enquiries into sales.
7. Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of furniture collections, pricing, offers, and product availability.
Order Management: Coordinate with relevant teams regarding customer orders, delivery schedules, and installation requirements.
