Job Overview

Research Connect LLC is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Design & Creative Intern to support our digital content, visual communication, branding, and creative production activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in graphic design, digital media, creative storytelling, and AI-powered design tools. You will work on creating engaging visual content for business communication, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and internal projects while collaborating with the team in a remote work environment.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to creative design, content development, visual branding, and emerging AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, posters, and digital creatives for business and marketing purposes.
- Design social media posts, promotional materials, recruitment creatives, and company announcements.
- Develop professional presentations, infographics, reports, and other visual communication materials.
- Assist in creating and maintaining consistent visual branding across digital platforms.
- Edit images, resize graphics, improve layouts, and optimize designs for different platforms.
- Create short-form videos, basic animations, reels, and other multimedia content when required.
- Use AI-powered tools to generate images, creative concepts, design variations, and visual assets.
- Explore new design trends, creative formats, and digital content strategies.
- Work with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar design applications.
- Assist in developing creative concepts and converting ideas or briefs into high-quality visual outputs.




- Coordinate with team members to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Organize design files, maintain creative assets, and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
- Maintain quality, originality, consistency, and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and recent graduates with an interest in design and creative work are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from design, fine arts, multimedia, animation, visual communication, or related backgrounds are preferred, but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colors, composition, and layouts.
- Familiarity with Canva or any graphic design software is an advantage.
- Interest in AI image generation, creative automation, video editing, and digital content creation.
- Good visual judgment, creativity, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Ability to understand instructions, accept feedback, and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- A portfolio of designs, personal projects, or creative work is an advantage.

Technical Requirements
- A personal laptop or desktop computer suitable for design and creative applications.
- A secure internet connection.
- Access to design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe applications, or equivalent alternatives.
- Willingness to learn AI-powered design and content creation tools.

Compensation and Internship Benefits
- Monthly stipend/salary of ₹25,000 – ₹30,000, depending on skills and suitability.
