Responsibilities

- Disbursement processing on Finnone.

- Solid knowledge of lending module is a must.

- Knowledge of cancellation rebooking of loans will add advantage.

- Well-versed with Customer 360; need to collect the customer history to analyze the exact issue of complaints.

- Managing various request flows over mail CRM portal for CDPL/EPL/SFPL.

- Daily monitoring of BTTP reconciliation; act upon clearance of open items by taking corrective actions.

- Making follow up with internal stakeholders such as Sales.
