We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors and consultants, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects within approved budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Track project milestones,



manpower, material requirements, and equipment deployment.
- Assist with client coordination, handover documentation, and project closeout.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Typically 5–10 years of experience in construction project execution, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
