Plant & Machinery operations & periodic performance review of them Initiates, implements and manages the plant & machinery maintenance program based on best practices in the construction industries with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment’s and initiates reordering when necessary Manage & Plan Calibration, stamping of construction equipment’s.

To Maintain record of machinery daily usage, break down/preventive maintenance record, used spare parts, maintenance history card of all machinery & equipment Prepare reports, analyses data and makes recommendations for improving maintenance department operations.

to guide & takes daily reporting from all maintenance, safety & security personnel Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a protected, timely and cost effective manner.

Assist with hiring of maintenance, safety & security personal. Directs maintains and enforces the safety program, reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety Coordination & meetings with Project Managers for maintenance, safety & security related concerns.
