Summary /Purpose of the role

- To monitor end to end execution
- Coordinating internal resources, vendors and stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all projects/orders are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Hands on experience of SAP –SD, PS, MM Modules, MS-Project, Proficiency in MS excel
- Experience of handling the team

Key Responsibilities

- The Incumbent would be responsible for order processing to Execution and Sale Co-ordination
- Should be able to handle major orders independently. Queries/Schedules as per the contract requirement.
- Should be able to handle the multiple dealers.
- Should have excellent customer contact, proficiency in project management tools and knowledge of ERP.
- Execution of orders from customers/dealers and organization point of view with in stipulated time and cost.
- Ensure timely supplies, Co-ordinate with QA, Vendors, Design, Dealers and allied stakeholders.
- Should be able to attend MIS, QMS, Weekly reviews.




- Attending the Kickoff meeting with customer and understanding the order / project specific requirements, communication and escalation matrix etc.
- Submission and approval of documents from Customer/Dealer/Contractor
- Review of Approved Document with submitted documents and clearing for the manufacturing
- Working / coordinating with Application Engineering team (Post Order) for Vendor finalization of major bought outs/ document submission and obtaining the approval"
- Creating Purchase Indent for non-standard item & follow up with Procurement to issue LOI.
- Timely communication to Customer about the progress of the order"
- Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports Reviews for Indents & Order under execution with respective RO.
- Should be versatile to travel to vendor places, manufacturing plant and customer.
- Coordination with Commercial team and customer for claiming the Advance / submission of BG / opening of LC etc.
- Co-ordination for after sales services requirement if any.
- Should be able to handle to Internal and External Audits independently.
