Objective: Responsible for handling civil engineering department and ensuring the successful execution of civil engineering activities related to the design, construction, and maintenance of waste management facilities.

Key Accountability

- Lead the civil design process, including site layout, grading, drainage, and structural design of waste management facilities.

- Ensure execution of projects within quality, timely & budgetary parameters.

- Ensure proper design engineering & support the sites in implementation.

- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations, permits, and waste management guidelines during the construction and operation of waste management facilities.





- Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage the civil engineering budget for waste management projects.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and consultants.

- Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to team members to enhance their technical skills and career development.
