Experience & Qualification

- Diploma: 0–12 years of experience
- B.Tech: 6–10 years of experience

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced professional to manage current product development projects from concept to Start of Production (SOP), including RFQ feasibility, cost estimation, process concept finalization, project planning, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage new product development projects from concept to SOP.
- Prepare feasibility studies for customer RFQs.
- Propose and evaluate new suppliers for NPD projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) and internal customers for new product development.
- Prepare cost estimations for new RFQs and manage internal budgeting, including CAPEX preparation.
- Finalize and implement process concepts for stamping, welding, machining, and assembly.




- Coordinate prototype sample preparation and development activities.
- Collaborate with customers and internal Marelli counterparts for new product development.
- Conduct technical reviews and specification meetings with customers.
- Prepare process layout proposals and coordinate implementation with the Process Engineering team.
- Manage internal and external engineering change management activities.
