- Department: Quality Delivery Lead

- Experience: 3–5 years (Software QA / Functional Quality Assurance, ideally within ERP, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics domains)

- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc Computer Science, BCA, B.Com/M.Com with ERP QA experience)

- Role Overview: Lead the end-to-end functional validation process for application change requests across Fresa Gold and Fresa Global before customer delivery and live production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and assign validation tasks across team members for all application change requests (CRs) and patch releases.

- Review functional test coverage and ensure test scenarios thoroughly address core freight forwarding and logistics workflows.

- Monitor, track, and triage reported issues; coordinate directly between Development and Quality Delivery teams to expedite bug fixes.





- Conduct sign-off reviews and enforce strict release criteria before any build moves to customer UAT or LIVE environments.

- Drive root-cause analysis on release-related defects and implement verification improvements to minimize post-release issues.

- Mentor and guide Delivery Quality Analysts in checklist creation, workflow testing, and documentation discipline.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Proven experience leading functional quality testing and release verification cycles.

- Solid domain understanding of freight forwarding, supply chain, customs clearance, or ERP finance workflows.

- Deep knowledge of end-to-end SDLC, UAT management, and defect life cycle tracking.

- Strong leadership, task-delegation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Hands-on familiarity with defect tracking systems (Jira, Mantis, or internal ticketing systems) and SQL/database querying for backend verification.
